Staff responsibility, creation of and assurance of implementation of staff policy in Eurobelarus
Compilation and quality assurance of reports from Heads of Departments
Administration overview in Belarus
Responsibility for human resources administration (approving time sheets, holiday requests and sick leaves)
Qualifications and experience required:
planning, monitoring and evaluation (PME) skills
more than 3 years of working experience in the field of NGO project management (including projects supported by the European Commission)
extensive knowledge of and the Civil Society in Belarus
proven analytical, writing and communication skills
strong interpersonal and CRM skills
basic financial literacy
good English and Belarusian
