On behalf of the Council of Europe and the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, we are pleased to invite you to take part in the discussion sessions Belarus in Europe and Blogosphere and social media: niche or the new core of civil society? that will be held as part of the Civil Society Communication Platform conference on “Belarusian Civil Society in 2013”. The sessions will be held on June 14th in the MDM Hotel in Warsaw (Sala Pod Kandelabrami) between 9.00 and 13.30.

The first conference of the cycle, that the Pulaski Foundation co-organised on October 26-27th 2012, gathered more than 30 Belarusian journalists, human rights activists, artists, trade unionists and civic campaigners together with the Belarusian community from Poland.
