ULADZIMIR MATSKEVICH
Head of the Board of the International Consortium "EuroBelarus"
Born in 1956 in Irkutsk Oblast, city of Cheremkhovo in the family deported from Western Belarus. He graduated from the Leningrad State University, psychology department. Member of the Moscow Methodological Circle led by G.P. Shchedrovitski.
He is a famous Belarusian methodologist, philosopher and public figure, author of the Cultured Politics’ concept, theses "To think Belarus", "We are one people" and numerous publications on Belarus. Founder and leader of Humanitarian Technologies Agency.
Conceptual designs of Uladzimir Matskevich exert significant and broad impact on progress of Belarusian society, philosophy and methodology, policy and culture, civil society.
ULAD VIALICHKA
Director General of the International Consortium “EuroBelarus”
Born in 1973 in Minsk. He graduated from the Belarusian State Pedagogical University, history department.
He is one of the most respected and well-known leaders of the Belarusian third sector where he operates since 1994. Co-founder of a number of Belarusian civil society organizations and networks. He is an experienced manager, an expert on issues of international cooperation, organizational development, program and project management, monitoring and evaluation, adult education.
In recent years, Ulad Vialichka has ensured the active participation of civil society organizations in the EU Eastern Partnership initiative. Over the period 2009-2011 he was a member and a national coordinator, and in 2010-2011 — co-chair of the Steering Committee of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum.
ANDREI YAHORAU
Director of Centre for European Transformation
Born in 1979 in Grodno. Graduated from the Belarusian State University, law department, political science faculty.
Well-known Belarusian political expert, analyst, researcher. Author of numerous publications and conceptual designs on issues of social and political development of the country, Belarusian-European relations, Eastern Partnership, civil society and others.
In recent years Centre for European Transformation under the direction of Andrei Yahorau has unified a number of young and promising researchers and analysts as well as has became one of the leading Belarusian think tanks and has established a close professional links with European partners.
