Rediscover the medieval fortress

Life Youth Foundation is organizing a short term EVS project "Rediscover the medieval fortress" for 2008. 

During this project you will have the opportunity to learn: how to conduct archaeological excavations; about interpretation of the archaeological artifacts (XII-XIX centuries); about the history of the Oradea citadel; to work in an intercultural group and environment; etc.

The working schedule is as follows: 75% of time volunteers will spend involved in physical and practical activities and 25% of the time in research and documentation activities and participate actively in workshops run by specialists on issues related to history and archeology.

The project will taken place in the Oradea city medieval Fortress - www.cetateaoradea.ro

What do you need in order to take part in the project?
-be in age between 18-30 years
-have basic knowledge of English
