Potash Corp’s President says that Uralkalij and Belaruskalij will soon make it up

According to Bill Doyle, apprehension about the potash price collapse is overestimated.
The fights between the Russian “Uralkalij” and Belarusan “Belaruskalij”, the leaders in potash production, would last for a little while and then it would be over with, and the apprehension about the price collapse on potash are overestimated, stated Bill Doyle, the President of Canada-based Potash Corp Company in his video-address at the Potash Corp website. – There have already been spats between Russian and Russian or Belarusian and Russian or BPC being a combination of Russian and Belarusian versus Silvinit and IPC -- I mean they would have these fights, and it would last for a little while and then it would be over with. And so, not as public, not quite this way. They weren't publicly traded companies for all that time, but we've -- since 1992 and the collapse of the Soviet Union was up, we've learned a lot about the Russians in history, and so we've seen a lot of this before.
So it's important to know that history and understand that history, both our own history where we came from and our roots and also more recent Russian and Belarusian history.
The head of the corporation is not afraid that the prices at the fertilizers’ market will collapse:

Let us recall that recently Uralkalij board made a decision to stop export sales of its products through Belarusian Potash Company (BPC).The company announced that it would export its fertilizers exclusively through a subsidiary trader called Uralkalij Trading. "We have to note with regret that our cooperation with the Belarusian partners in the framework of BPC has reached a deadlock," said Uralkalij CEO Vladislav Baumgartner. "Uralkalij has always insisted that exports by all manufacturers should be carried out through a common distribution network."
