Aliaksandr Alesin is released from KGB detention centre

Belarusan journalist is left out from the KGB prison on recognizance.
According to the relatives of Aliaksandr Alesin, the military analyst of “Belorusy i rynok” (“Belarusans and market) newspaper, he was accused of treason and collaboration with the intelligence service of some other country.
The release of the journalist was announced by “Belorusy i rynok” (“Belarusans and market) newspaper. The message contained a note that the “editors believe the incident to be over”.
At the same time, according to the preliminary information, Alesin is not the main suspect in the case. The main suspect is some foreign diplomat.
Aliaksandr Alesin was arrested in a café where he was having lunch with his friend. The information about it was transmitted to the Belarusan human rights defendants.
Belarusan law enforcement officials have been keeping silent the whole week and didn’t explain with what accusations Alesin was charged. The official information hasn’t been published so far.
The military expert Alesin was an expert of “EuroBelarus” Information Service several times, speaking about Belarusan army and Ukrainian events.
