This data is provided by the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus in its statistics about the level of money incomes of the population in January-November, 2015.
The economy of Belarus in November involved 4 million 464.3 thousand people. According to statistical surveys, November salary of 59.6% of employees (2 million 660.7 thousand people) was less than 6 million Belarusan rubles (or less than $300). Thus, salary from 5 to 6 million Belarusan rubles received 13.3% of the total economically active population, from 4 to 5 million - 14.6%, and 3 to 4 million - 15%. 13.9% of employees (or 620, 5 thousand people) received rom 2 to 3 November million Belarusan rubles in November, and less than 2 million Belarusan rubles - 2.8% (or 125,000 people). It turns out that the salary of the latter category hasn’t even reached the minimum pay (last year it was 2.1 million rubles, or about $100 now).
Real disposable money incomes of the population of the Republic of Belarus in January-November 2015 amounted to 94.4% compared to January-November 2014.
In the structure of money incomes the compensation of labour accounted for 61.1%, incomes from entrepreneurial and other income-generating activity – 8.2%, transfers to the population (pensions, benefits, educational allowances and other transfers to the population) – 23%, property and other incomes – 7.7%.
