Apart from the extracts from the Constitution, articles from the Administrative Violation Code, comments to them, and examples of the procedural documents (claims, applications, petitions), the brochure also expounded a system of psychological defence and communication while facing the law enforcement agencies.
As the master class organisers informed that similar trainings were conducted from 2000 by Barys Zvozsky. Training appeared to be required in Belarus; full rooms are gathered after announcement of such master classes.
In December 2015 Assembly of Pro-democratic Non-governmental organizations made a master class “Organisations and activists’ rights defence: Citizen and low and order. Practical advice” using the advanced methods for its audience.
Especially for those who didn’t manage to come to the training, event organisers prepared an edition “Citizen and law and order. Legal and psychological aspects”, based on the training materials.
Online-edition will be useful for those young activists, which may clash with policy agencies. Brochure authors expect that thanks to the read materials activists will not lose their presence of mind and will behave correctly in case of interaction with Internal Affairs Agencies representatives, and also act withi the frame of the law.
