Estonian Center for Eastern Partnership released the results of research on effective management of EU assistance by the governments of 6 Eastern partnership countries including Belarus.
BISS was responsible for preparing Belarus part of the report.
To achieve the goal to describe management effectiveness it was divided into three objectives:
evaluation of projects programming and preparation,
description of managing implementation of EU assistance,
assessment of effectiveness of EU assistance management.
The research team presented the first aggregated survey findings to a seminar “Effective management of the EU assistance by recipient governments of Eastern Partnership countries” in June 2012 in Tbilisi.
