Yanukovich officially wanted for the mass killings of people

Former Ukrainian President is wanted on the ground of an alleged felonious homicide.

“I can inform you that the former President Viktor Yanukovich is suspected of mass homicide with aggravating circumstances”, - acting Prosecutor General Oleg Makhnitsky told journalists on Tuesday.

Ukrainian media also report that on Tuesday, February 25, the Ukrainian parliament approved in first reading the decision to appeal to the International Criminal Court to bring to justice Viktor Yanukovich and other officials “for crimes against humanity during peaceful protest rallies between November 30, 2013 and February 22, 2014”.
