EU delegation to Belarus announces call for proposals

The European Union Delegation to Belarus has announced the call for proposals under its Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development and organises two information sessions devoted to it.

 The European Union Delegation to Belarus has announced the call for proposals under its Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development (reference number: EuropeAid/134655/L/ACT/BY). Concept notes are accepted untill 16:00 5 August 2013. The overall ammount of assitance: 4 600 000 euro. The European Union Delegation to Belarus organises information sessions on two calls for proposals:
