The conference of the Civil Society Belarusian National Platform to happen on October 22 in Minsk

On October 22, 2016 Minsk will host another conference of the Belarusian National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum.
The topic of the conference: "Report of the Coordination Committee, the election of the Coordination Committee and an action plan."
The conference will have 2 main objectives:
The first objective:
discussion and adoption of the report of the Coordinating Committee of the BNP;
adoption of amendments to the Regulations of the BNP (the work was not completed during the last conference on April 23, 2016);
election of the Coordinating Committee, its Chairman and Auditor;
discussion of the action plan for 2016. For the first time we will be discussing the contribution of organizations-participants to the activities of the BNP and BNP registration form.
The second objective:
meeting delegates of another meeting of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, which will be held on 28-29 November in Brussels. BNP Representatives will be introduced to the delegates. The participants of the meeting of the EaP CSF will have a discussion of the goals and tactics of the behavior of the Belarusian side.
Both long-term members of the BNP, who signed a memorandum on cooperation within the frames of the National Platform of the EaP CSF, as well as other organizations (without the right to vote) can participate.
The conference invites one person from an organization.
