We would like to invite you to participate in the Conference of the National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum: “Future of the Civil Society Forum in the focus of the III Eastern Partnership Summit” which will be held on the 4th of November, 2013 in Minsk.
The National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum was founded in July, 2010 and became a common platform for consolidation and coordination of activities of civil society organizations in Belarus aiming for democratization of the country and approximating to the European standards in all spheres of civil life. In October, 2011 Memorandum on cooperation which establishes general principles, values and goals of activity of the National Platform was applied. Memorandum is open for signing by al interested civil society organizations of the country. Organizations which signed the Memorandum were given the status of permanent members of the National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum. In November, 2012 The Concept of development of the National Platform was adopted.
Another conference of the National Platform will be dedicated to the issues of development of the Forum activities as one of the core elements and stakeholders of the Eastern Partnership, to future of the program after the EaP Summit in Vilnius in November, 2013, to discussion of activities of the National platform for next months.
Both permanent participants of the National Platform who signed Memorandum on cooperation and other organizations (without voting right) are allowed to take part in the Conference. In order to participate in the Conference it is required to send an Applicationuntil the 31st of October, 2013 to the mail address: [email protected].
Due to the limited number of participants those who will not submit an application before the deadline will not be allowed to participate in the Conference.
